ABOUT THIS ROLE

스픽 콘텐츠 팀에서 한국어 사용자를 위한 Korean-Japanese 커리큘럼 기획·개발을 담당할 계약직 커리큘럼 디자이너/콘텐츠 라이터를 모십니다. Korean-Japanese를 중심으로 학습자에게 맞는 콘텐츠를 개발·편집·현지화하는 역할을 수행합니다. 6개월 계약직이며, 재택근무와 유연한 업무시간이 가능한 포지션입니다.

커리큘럼 설계와 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 깊은 전문성, 교육과 기술의 접목을 통해 탁월한 학습 경험을 만드는 제품 감각을 가진 분과 함께하고 싶습니다. 언어 전문가, 강사, 콘텐츠 개발자로서의 역량을 스픽에서 펼치고 싶은 분들의 많은 지원을 기다립니다!

주요업무

• Korean-Japanese 커리큘럼 및 주요 콘텐츠 프로젝트를 end-to-end로 담당하며, 기획·제작·런칭까지 전 과정을 주도합니다.

• 한국 일본어 학습자에게 효과적이고 문화적으로 자연스러운 콘텐츠를 Speak의 브랜드 철학에 맞게 개발합니다.

• QA, 사용자 피드백, 내부 검토 등을 바탕으로 콘텐츠를 지속적으로 개선합니다.

• AI 툴을 적극 활용해 콘텐츠 제작 워크플로우를 효율화합니다.

자격요건

• 한국어 원어민 수준의 언어 능력 및 한국 시장에 대한 깊은 문화적 감각을 갖추신 분.

• 에듀테크 기업에서 한국 성인 학습자 대상 일본어 커리큘럼/콘텐츠 개발 실무 경력 3년 이상이신 분.

• 한국 학습자의 니즈와 학습 패턴에 대한 깊은 이해도가 있으신 분.

• 독립적으로 프로젝트를 추진할 수 있는 실행력을 보유하신 분.

• 최신 툴 활용에 능숙하고 새로운 시스템에 빠르게 적응하실 수 있는 분.

• 한국 거주자로 6개월동안 재택근무가 가능하신 분 (연장 가능).

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are looking for a contractor (6-month), a Curriculum Designer/Content Writer to join Speak’s Content team and help create high-quality language learning in-app content. This role focuses on planning curricula and developing materials for Korean speakers learning Japanese.

You will develop, edit, and localize innovative, engaging, and pedagogically sound materials for this specific audience. We are eager to work with world-class linguists/teachers/curriculum designers/content writers who have:

• a deep understanding of spoken fluency development and language learning

• experience successfully teaching or developing learning modules/materials

• a strong product sense and an understanding of how teaching and technology can be integrated to create exceptional content

We are flexible with working hours and location, though the preference is that this person is based in South Korea.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own the Korean-Japanese curriculum and high-priority content projects end-to-end- delivering high-quality learning experiences through clear planning, proactive communication, and strong execution.

• Manage or facilitate content projects - either having end-to-end ownership or participating in content projects from content planning to writing, production, and launch content that feels fresh, modern, culturally attuned, and effective for Korean Japanese learners and is aligned with Speak’s brand philosophy

• Content maintenance and iteration - Iterate and polish content based on QA, user testing, user feedback, and/or peer review.

• Adopt AI-enabled workflows to streamline production, prototype new ideas, and improve efficiency across the Korean-Japanese curriculum.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

MUST-HAVES

• Native-level Korean proficiency with strong cultural intuition for what resonates in the Korean market for Japanese learners.

• Native or near-native proficiency in Japanese (both spoken and written).

• Experience in Japanese education content planning, development, or instructional design

• Exceptional user empathy. Deep understanding of Korean learner needs and Japanese-learning challenges.

• Ability to ship high-quality curriculum independently and make sound decisions with minimal oversight.

• Strong technical fluency with modern tools and ability to ramp quickly on new systems.

• Operationally strong: clear communicator on scope/trade-offs and able to manage multiple workstreams

• Based in Korea and willing to commit to 6 months contract, with possibility of extension based on performance & business need (working hours/days are flexible)

NICE-TO-HAVES

• Able to communicate in English with the global teams based in US

• Content analytics intuition: able to identify which engagement and learning metrics matter and translate insights into curriculum improvements.

• Experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, generators, internal tools) to create instructionally sound, pedagogically aligned, and scalable learning materials—beyond simply asking ChatGPT for ideas or drafts.

• Worked directly with EdTech or language-learning apps in roles involving curriculum design, content production, learning experience design, or pedagogical strategy.
