The Lite trial runs 3 days. We take a payment method when you start it, and on day 4 it becomes $3.99/month unless you cancel first. Cancelling takes one click in your account and the trial still runs to its last day. No countdown, no "today only", no promo code with your name stitched into a discount nobody else gets. The price you see is the price everyone sees.
If you already subscribe at $12/mo or $60/yr: you keep that price for as long as you keep the plan, and you are on Premium from today. The full ranked scan, nightly, with CSV and PDF. Nothing to cancel, nothing to re-subscribe to, no action at all. You were early and that still counts.

Free gives you the whole board and the honest checks on every job in it. The paid plans are for when you want the searching done for you. Tell us once what you are looking for, and your matches arrive already ranked, with the reasons spelled out. Lite is three a day. Plus is nine, three from each band. Premium stops rationing altogether and gives you the complete ranked scan of your market. One thing paying never changes: which jobs exist and how honestly we check them. Everyone sees the same truth.

Did the free daily letter change?
It got better. The old free letter sent the same top matches several days running, because a ranking built on your constraints does not change much overnight. The free letter is still daily, but it now walks your ranked list from the top, one closest unseen match per morning, never repeating a job you have already been sent, plus the real count of what else is waiting. The board stays free, every lock stays visible, and nothing you already had access to moved behind a paywall.
How does the 3-day Lite trial work?
You start it with a payment method on file. For 3 days you get the full Lite letter, 3 matches every morning. On day 4 it becomes $3.99/month unless you cancelled before then. Cancelling during the trial does not cut it short, you keep all 3 days.
Why is Premium billed every 3 months instead of monthly?
Because a job search is not a monthly habit, it is a project with an end. $39.99 buys the full scan for a quarter, which is roughly how long a serious search runs. It is not a cheaper way to buy Plus, it costs more per month than Plus does. It is a different product: the whole ranked list instead of a daily selection.
What does "rotating" actually mean? Am I seeing the leftovers?
No, you are seeing your pool in order. Every day, Lite and Plus take the next jobs from your ranked pool, newest first, and never show you a job you have already been sent. Three guardrails keep that honest: only jobs seen in the last 14 days are eligible, the newest go first, and anything that failed the nightly rescan is dropped before the letter is built. What rotation does not do is pretend the letter is the whole pool. Every letter states the real number, every day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, one click in your account or the billing portal. No phone call, no "wait, here's 40% off" screen. You keep the plan until the period you already paid for ends, then it quietly stops. If Covesight helped you get hired, that is the plan working. Come back whenever you need it again.
Which plans include CSV and PDF export?
Premium only. Lite and Plus do not export, and we would rather say that on the card than let you find out after paying.
I already pay $12/mo or $60/yr. What happens to me?
You keep your price and you move to Premium: the complete ranked scan, nightly, with CSV and PDF. You do not need to do anything. If you would rather move to a smaller plan, the billing portal will let you.
How do refunds and plan changes work?
Everything lives in the billing portal: change plan, update your card, cancel, download invoices. If something went wrong on our side, write to [email protected] and a person answers. We do not run a retention gauntlet and we do not make you argue with a form.
Does paying change which jobs I see, or how the Cove Score is calculated?
No. Every job passes the same nightly check whether you pay us or not, and no listing outranks another because someone paid for it. Paying changes how much of your own pool reaches your inbox and how often, not what is true about any job in it.
