1. The service
Covesight provides an eligibility-verified remote job board, checked nightly, and an optional personalized digest (Covesight Plus / Daily Scan) ranked against the profile you provide. Covesight is an information service: we do not apply to jobs on your behalf, do not guarantee interviews or employment, and do not act as a recruitment agency.
2. Plans and billing
The Free plan includes full access to the job board and one free daily alert. Covesight Plus costs $12 per month or $60 per year (founding price), billed via Stripe, renewing until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Statutory withdrawal rights for EU consumers remain unaffected.
3. Your obligations
You confirm the information you provide (profile details, preferences) is yours and accurate. You may not resell or redistribute the digests, or use the service to harvest job data at scale.
4. Accuracy disclaimer
Job data originates from third-party sources and may be outdated, mislabeled or removed by the employer at any time. Scores, fit explanations and red flags are automated assessments and can be wrong. Always verify a posting before applying.
5. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Liability for lost profits or missed job opportunities is excluded to the extent legally permissible.
6. Termination
You may cancel anytime. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing law
German law applies, excluding UN sales law. For consumers, mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
