<p><strong>岗位概述</strong></p> <p>负责高价值客户的开发与维护,深入了解各家产品与解决方案,通过专业够听和定制化的解决方案,推动交易、资产及收入等关键指标的持续增长。该岗位高度 KPI 导向,需要强目标感、快速学习能力,同时能接受高强度出差。</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>主要工作职责</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>1- 开发与拓展</strong></p> <ul> <li>通过多渠道(线下拜访、行业会议、社群、转介绍等)挖掘并开发潜在高价值客户(包括但不限于专业交易者、家族办公室等)。</li> <li>能够快速画像并识别高潜力目标客户,建立并维护客户线索池和跟进节奏。</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>2- 客户关系管理与业绩达成</strong></p> <ul> <li>建立并维护稳固的客户关系,定期Review,了解用户交易需求、资金规模与产品需求。</li> <li>对所负责客户的 <strong>资产规模、交易量、收益贡献等关键指标(KPI)负责</strong>,按月度/季度完成业绩目标。</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>3- 产品与解决方案咨询</strong></p> <ul> <li>深入理解各家主流交易平台的各产品条线(如:现货、合约、期权、Earn/理财、结构化产品等),能够为客户提供对比分析和专业建议。</li> <li>收集客户需求与痛点,协同产品、运营等团队,为重点客户提供定制化解决方案。</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>4- 行业洞察与学习</strong></p> <ul> <li>持续跟进行业动态、竞品策略和新产品形态,快速掌握并消化新知识,形成对客户有价值的观点与建议。</li> <li>定期输出客户/市场反馈与竞品情报,为内部策略和产品迭代提供一线视角。</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>任职要求</strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>至少 <strong>2 年及以上 web3 行业工作经验</strong>,对主流交易所、钱包、托管、DeFi 等产品有实际使用或服务经验。</li> <li>能够 <strong>快速识别与筛选目标客户</strong>,具备优秀的沟通谈判技巧与关系维护能力,有高潜力客户的客户关系管对金融市场、衍生品、风险收益等有基本认知,有银行、券商、资管等金融背景者优先。理、客户服务和运营等相关工作经验优先;</li> <li>明确的 <strong>KPI & 结果导向</strong>,习惯用数据衡量业绩。</li> <li>能接受 <strong>高强度工作节奏与频繁出差 / 拜访</strong>。</li> <li>自驱力强,抗压能力好,能够在不确定环境中找到路径并推动落地。</li> <li>能够 <strong>中英文双语工作(听说读写);</strong></li> <li>本科及以上学历,<strong>金融、经济、会计、数学、统计、计算机等相关专业优先</strong>。</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p> <p>Responsible for acquiring and managing high-value clients, developing a deep understanding of different products and solutions across platforms, and driving sustainable growth in trading volume, assets and revenue through professional consultation and customized solutions. This is a highly KPI-driven role that requires strong goal orientation, fast learning ability, and the ability to handle frequent business travel.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>1- Client Acquisition & Expansion</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify and acquire potential high-value clients (including but not limited to professional traders, family offices, etc.) through multiple channels such as in-person visits, industry events, communities and referrals.</li> <li>Quickly profile and identify high-potential target clients, maintain a structured lead pipeline and follow-up rhythm.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>2- Client Relationship Management & Target Delivery</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular reviews to understand their trading needs, capital scale and product preferences.</li> <li>Take full responsibility for key KPIs of your client portfolio, including asset under management, trading volume and revenue contribution, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>3- Product & Solutions Advisory</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop an in-depth understanding of major product lines on leading trading platforms (e.g. spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth management, structured products, etc.) and provide professional comparison and recommendations to clients.</li> <li>Gather client needs and pain points, and work with product, operations and other internal teams to deliver customized solutions for key clients.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>4- Industry Insight & Continuous Learning</strong></p> <ul> <li>Continuously track industry trends, competitor strategies and new product types; quickly absorb new knowledge and translate it into valuable insights and suggestions for clients.</li> <li>Regularly share client/market feedback and competitive intelligence to provide frontline input for internal strategy and product iteration.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements</strong></p> <ul> <li>At least <strong>2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry</strong>, with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.</li> <li>Able to <strong>quickly identify and qualify target clients</strong>, with strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service or account operations is preferred.
