ABOUT THE ROLE

We're building an in-house creative studio that brings campaigns, product storytelling, content, events, and advertising together under one roof. You will work with other marketing leaders to establish a cohesive and integrated marketing vision. As Head of Creative, you'll define KOHO's creative vision and lead the team that brings it to life across every touchpoint.

This role is equal parts creative leadership, organizational leadership, and talent development. You'll oversee a multidisciplinary team of creative directors, designers, copywriters, and producers, ensuring everything KOHO puts into the world reflects an exceptional creative standard while supporting business objectives.

You'll shape how the creative organization operates, establish the systems and culture that enable great work, and serve as the senior creative voice across the company. While your primary focus is leading people and building the organization, you'll remain close to the work—guiding concepts, providing direction, and occasionally rolling up your sleeves when needed.

Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer, you'll partner closely with leaders across Growth, Lifecycle, Product Marketing, and Product to connect creative excellence with business impact.

The budgeted salary range for this role is $180,000-300,000 CAD / year.

We're open to hiring this role at either the Director or VP level, depending on the experience and scope the successful candidate brings. The final compensation will reflect the level of the role, in addition to factors such as market data within Canada, technical skill assessment, previous work experience, and internal pay equity across the KOHO team.

On est en train de bâtir un studio créatif interne qui réunit sous un même toit les campagnes, le storytelling produit, le contenu, les événements et la publicité. Vous travaillerez avec les autres leaders marketing pour définir une vision marketing cohérente et intégrée. À titre de directrice générale exécutive ou directeur général exécutif, Création, vous définirez la vision créative de KOHO et dirigerez l’équipe qui la fera vivre à chaque point de contact.

Ce rôle combine leadership créatif, leadership organisationnel et développement des talents. Vous superviserez une équipe multidisciplinaire composée de directions créatives, de designers, de rédactrices et rédacteurs, ainsi que de productrices et producteurs, afin de vous assurer que tout ce que KOHO met en marché reflète un standard créatif exceptionnel tout en soutenant les objectifs d’affaires.

Vous façonnerez le fonctionnement de l’organisation créative, mettrez en place les systèmes et la culture qui permettent de produire un travail de grande qualité, et agirez comme voix créative principale à l’échelle de l’entreprise. Bien que votre mandat soit surtout axé sur le leadership d’équipe et la construction de l’organisation, vous resterez près du travail : en orientant les concepts, en donnant une direction claire et, à l’occasion, en mettant vous-même la main à la pâte au besoin.

Relevant de la cheffe ou du chef de la croissance, vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes Croissance, Lifecycle, Marketing produit et Produit afin de faire le lien entre excellence créative et impact d’affaires.
