En tant que gestionnaire principal des systèmes de paie mondiaux et des opérations d'équité chez HTS, vous agirez à titre de leader-accompagnateur se rapportant à la responsable des opérations de gestion des personnes et des technologies de la main-d'œuvre afin de moderniser et de mettre à l'échelle notre infrastructure de rémunération globale. Siégeant au sein de l'équipe de direction, votre mandat sera de faire évoluer la fonction pour passer d'un modèle de transferts manuels et de fournisseurs multiples à un modèle opérationnel automatisé et hautement évolutif qui maximise l'efficacité systémique sans croissance proportionnelle des effectifs. Ce poste à haute visibilité combine de manière unique la conception de systèmes interfonctionnels mondiaux et l'exécution pratique afin d'atténuer directement les risques opérationnels et financiers.

As the Senior Manager of Global Payroll Systems & Equity Operations at HTS, you will serve as a player-coach reporting to the Head of People Operations & Workforce Technology to modernize and scale our workforce compensation infrastructure. Sitting on the leadership team, your mandate is to transition the function away from manual, multi-vendor handoffs into an automated, highly scalable operating model that maximizes systemic efficiency without proportional headcount growth.
