<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>About the role:</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;">As Forter’s Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager for AI & Agentic Commerce, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business development strategy to accelerate the growth of Forter’s AI-powered products across the globe. You will work closely with cross-functional departments to identify partnership opportunities, cultivate strategic alliances, and build relationships with key stakeholders in the e-commerce, AI, and agentic commerce ecosystem. While New York City or London location is preferred, this role can sit remotely, and it reports to the Director of Forter AI.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll be doing:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Strategic Planning:</strong> Maintain, execute and continue to build upon a strategic business development plan for the AI & agentic commerce business, aligning with the company’s overall objectives and growth targets.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Market Analysis:</strong> Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends in AI, agentic commerce, and autonomous transaction ecosystems. Use insights to shape the company’s market positioning and product development efforts.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Partnership Development:</strong> Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic alliances, partnerships, and collaborations which extend the company’s reach into AI platform providers, large language model (LLM) developers, agentic commerce enablers, and other relevant players in the AI ecosystem to expand our market presence and reach.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Sales and Revenue Growth:</strong> Lead and mentor the sales and customer success teams to drive revenue growth via the AI product portfolio.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Negotiations:</strong> Oversee negotiations, contract development, and deal structuring. Ensure favorable terms and mutually beneficial agreements with AI and technology partners.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-functional Collaboration:</strong> Collaborate closely with sales, product, marketing, analytics, and operations teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of AI-focused business development strategies.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>What you’ll need:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field; MBA preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in the payments, identity, machine learning, or AI space, including experience in the agentic technology space, preferably in e-commerce or commerce-adjacent environments.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strong understanding of the AI, large language model (LLM), and agentic commerce industries, market dynamics, and emerging trends. Knowledge of the AI platform and agentic protocol ecosystem is preferred.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Demonstrated experience in negotiating and closing complex deals and partnerships.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to ideate around new products with potential partners in the AI and agentic commerce space. </span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Close collaboration with Product and R&D team members while maintaining a competitive lens around GTM positioning and Business Development strategy.</span></li> <li style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-size: 12pt;">Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
