In 2026 and beyond, one of our largest growth markets will be the Mid-Market space, where we are investing heavily in supporting restaurant brands' profitability and consistency.</p> <p data-renderer-start-pos="567" data-local-id="c595e1d42208">This individual will be responsible for supporting our 10-50 location segment of Corporate-owned brands with an intentional focus on building out the Account Executive (AE) team. This leader will have a significant opportunity to build their team around their vision; as such, we are seeking someone with experience building similar teams and working specifically within this market segment.</p> <h3 id="What-you'll-do-as-a-Sales-Manager" data-local-id="d7384ec05eed" data-renderer-start-pos="960"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">What you'll do as a Sales data-renderer-mark="true">Team Building:</strong> Recruiting, hiring, and training of new Account Executives.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1075" data-local-id="dd8efc555165"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Strategic Leadership:</strong> Lead a team of Account Executives to develop and drive sales opportunities across the Mid-Market segment.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="1206" data-local-id="9290146144a4"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Performance Management:</strong> Facilitate a culture of performance and accountability across the AE data-renderer-mark="true">Deal Sophistication:</strong> Experience negotiating deals that are $10k-200k</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2160" data-local-id="7a8b32b5c0a1"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Sales Methodology:</strong> Deep understanding of value-based sales and managing sales cycles efficiently.</p> </li> <li> <p data-renderer-start-pos="2261" data-local-id="c083b01024c9"><strong data-renderer-mark="true">Analytical Rigor:</strong> Ability to review KPI data to identify trends in execution and to create action plans if necessary.</p> </li>
