About The Role

We’re looking for an Affiliate Marketing Coordinator to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada. Reporting to Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you’re going to be a part of a team that drives growth across KOHOs affiliate channel spanning financial platforms, content publishers, and performance-based partners.

What You’ll Be Doing

• You’ll be supporting the execution and operations of KOHO’s affiliate and partnerships channel, helping launch campaigns across email, content placements, landing pages, and programmatic partners.

• You’ll be building and managing tracking links, UTMs, and referral codes, while ensuring campaigns are live, accurate, and properly tracked.

• You’ll be supporting onboarding and setup of new partners across networks and direct integrations, maintaining partner documentation, offers, and placements, and acting as a point of contact for partner coordination and day-to-day requests.

• You’ll be monitoring performance across conversions, CAC, LTV, and partner-level metrics, supporting reporting and troubleshooting, and contributing to testing and optimization to improve overall channel efficiency.

Who You Are

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in affiliate, partnerships, or performance marketing.

• You have a strong understanding of affiliate tracking and campaign setup.

• You have experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, and MMPs such as Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.

• You are detail-oriented, comfortable working with performance data and marketing metrics, and able to manage multiple campaigns with strong organizational and communication skills.

• Experience with influencer or ambassador programs and in-person activations is a plus.

The budgeted salary range for this role is $ 60,000 - 70,000 CAD / year.

Relevant du gestionnaire principal du marketing d’affiliation, vous ferez partie d’une équipe qui stimule la croissance du canal d’affiliation de KOHO, comprenant des plateformes financières, des éditeurs de contenu et des partenaires axés sur la performance.

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

• Vous soutiendrez l’exécution et les opérations du canal d’affiliation et de partenariats de KOHO, en contribuant au lancement de campagnes par courriel, de placements de contenu, de pages d’atterrissage et de partenaires programmatiques.

• Vous créerez et gérerez les liens de suivi, les paramètres UTM et les codes de recommandation, tout en veillant à ce que les campagnes soient mises en ligne correctement, soient exactes et fassent l’objet d’un suivi adéquat.

• Vous participerez à l’intégration et à la configuration de nouveaux partenaires sur les réseaux d’affiliation et dans le cadre d’intégrations directes. Vous assurerez également la tenue à jour de la documentation, des offres et des placements des partenaires, tout en agissant comme personne-ressource pour la coordination des partenaires et les demandes quotidiennes.

• Vous surveillerez la performance des campagnes à l’aide de mesures telles que les conversions, le CAC (coût d’acquisition client), la LTV (valeur vie client) et les indicateurs propres aux partenaires. Vous contribuerez également à la production de rapports, à la résolution de problèmes ainsi qu’aux activités de tests et d’optimisation visant à améliorer l’efficacité globale du canal.

CE QUE VOUS APPORTEZ

• Vous possédez de 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en marketing d’affiliation, en partenariats ou en marketing de performance.

• Vous avez une solide compréhension du suivi des affiliés et de la mise en place de campagnes.

• Vous avez de l’expérience avec des plateformes d’affiliation telles qu’Impact, Partnerize, CJ Affiliate, ainsi qu’avec des plateformes de mesure mobile (MMP) comme Singular, AppsFlyer, Adjust ou Branch.

• Vous êtes minutieux(se), à l’aise avec les données de performance et les indicateurs marketing, et capable de gérer plusieurs campagnes simultanément grâce à d’excellentes compétences organisationnelles et de communication.

• Une expérience avec des programmes d’influenceurs, d’ambassadeurs ou des activations en personne constitue un atout.

RÉMUNÉRATION

L’échelle salariale prévue pour ce poste est de 60 000 $ à 70 000 $ CA par année.
