Rolle & Zielsetzung

Als Enterprise Account Executive Public Sector – Länder Nord & Sozialversicherungen verantworten Sie den strategischen Ausbau eines hochfragmentierten, aber klar skalierbaren Marktes. DeepL wird bereits in vielen Organisationen punktuell genutzt. Ziel dieser Rolle ist es, DeepL als holistische Plattform mit integrierten AI-Fähigkeiten strukturell im Markt zu verankern und marktspezifische Use Cases zu etablieren, die wiederholbar und skalierbar sind.

Ein wesentlicher Erfolgsfaktor ist die konsequente Fokussierung auf die großen, marktprägenden Player – Landesverwaltungen in Norddeutschland, die großen Sozialversicherungsträger sowie Metropolkommunen in NRW. Für diese Kunden entwickeln Sie dedizierte Strategien, gewinnen sie zügig als Referenzen und skalieren die erarbeiteten Ansätze anschließend partnergetrieben in die breite Masse.

Der nachhaltige Markterfolg erfordert den gezielten Zugang zur obersten Entscheidungsebene. Sie positionieren DeepL auf Top-Management-Ebene als strategisches Produkt und sichern Executive-Sponsorship für organisationsweite Nutzung und Skalierung.

Abdeckung: Landesministerien, Landesbetriebe und Landes-IT-Dienstleister in Niedersachsen, Hamburg, Bremen, Schleswig-Holstein und Mecklenburg-Vorpommern; Sozialversicherungsträger (Deutsche Rentenversicherung, Bundesagentur für Arbeit & DGUV) sowie der kommunale Bereich in Nordrhein-Westfalen

Kernverantwortlichkeiten

Regionale Markt- & Skalierungsstrategie

• Entwicklung einer territoriumsspezifischen Go-to-Market-Strategie für Länder Nord, Sozialversicherungsträger sowie den NRW-Kommunalbereich

• Identifikation und Priorisierung von Leitkunden mit hohem Multiplikatoreffekt

• Aufbau übertragbarer Modelle und Referenzarchitekturen

Account- & Portfolioentwicklung

• Ausbau bestehender Kunden von Einzel- oder Fachbereichsnutzung zu organisationsweiten Einsätzen

• Nutzung von Referenzen zur strukturierten Marktdurchdringung

• Verzahnung fachlicher und IT-naher Anwendungsfälle

Marktspezifische Use Cases & AI-Einsatz

• Entwicklung, Bewertung und Umsetzung marktspezifischer Use Cases

• Gemeinsame Erarbeitung mit Kunden und relevanten Stakeholdern

• Verankerung der AI-Fähigkeiten von DeepL als Bestandteil des Produktnutzens

• Standardisierung erfolgreicher Use Cases für Skalierung

Executive Engagement & Marktpositionierung

• Aufbau belastbarer Beziehungen zu C-Level- und Top-Management-Stakeholdern (z. B. Staatssekretär:innen, Vorstände der Sozialversicherungsträger, Oberbürgermeister:innen und Geschäftsführungen)

• Positionierung von DeepL als strategischer Hebel für Effizienz, Qualität und Skalierung

• Sicherstellung von Executive-Alignment für Rollouts und Partner-Skalierung

Ökosystem & Partner

• Aufbau eines leistungsfähigen Partner-Ökosystems

• Gemeinsame Marktbearbeitung und Co-Selling

• Skalierung bewährter Use Cases über Partner in den breiten Markt

Anforderungen

• 5+ Jahre nachgewiesene, fundierte Erfahrung im Public Sector – idealerweise in Landesverwaltung, bei Sozialversicherungsträgern oder im kommunalen Umfeld

• Sehr gutes Verständnis öffentlicher Entscheidungs- und Beschaffungsprozesse

• Erfahrung im Aufbau skalierbarer Public-Sector-Ansätze; belastbares Netzwerk im NRW-Kommunalbereich von Vorteil
